ECM Private Pilates integrates professional equipment and mat-based movement within a nervous-system-aware approach that supports strength, resilience, and embodied presence. Sessions are personalized to support functional goals such as pain relief, injury recovery, stability and balance, strength, posture, stress regulation, mobility, athletic performance, and prenatal or postnatal support—while honoring individual histories, capacities, and goals and fostering stability, choice, and agency in the body.



Somatic Coaching // Somatic Bodywork

Somatic coaching is a collaborative process of transforming who we are being and the action we are taking by working through the wholeness of self — body, emotions, and nervous system. Through designed practices and bodywork processes somatic coaching supports clients in cultivating embodied awareness, somatic wisdom, resilience, and choice—honoring both personal experience and the broader contexts we live within—for the sake of individual and collective safety, dignity, and belonging. A somatic coach does not prescribe or advise.

Somatic bodywork is a gentle, hands-on, fully clothed process that supports nervous system regulation, awareness, integration, and embodied change. This work engages the body by listening to patterns of tension, breath, posture, and movement that reflect how you've learned to meet and be in the world. Sessions support greater ease, resilience, and choice in how you move, feel, and act in daily life. All touch is guided by consent, presence, and close attention to your body's cues and comfort.



House Warming :: Gatherings ::

House Warming Gatherings are small-group, mat-based 60- and 90-minute offerings in the ECM studio, featuring weekly group somatic practice, client-tailored movement classes, and guest teacher–led somatic movement experiences. These gatherings foster connection, embodied exploration, curiosity, and collective practice in an intimate, inclusive setting.

A one month dedicated practice, individually designed, that incorporates a full studio of professional pilates equipment, TRX routines, Kettlebell workouts, mat work, somatic coaching & bodywork, somatic practices, and 2 recovery day movement plans/wk. This program will set you up for the movement and mind-body connection you long for.

Transforming your daily practice is a relational process. Being seen, delighted in, witnessed, and dignified as you grow in your strength and resilience offers the support every person needs for re-wiring old patterns of shaping, posture, breath, and mood.
